When he talks about his home Thomaz says: „The hut I grew up in is small, dirty and smells.“ He left his home and started going to the streets at the age of seven. He wanted to earn some money for his family. At the age of ten he started sleeping on the streets. Thomaz has already attended various state institutions. However, he always ran away and went back to the streets.
It is more than one year now that he is living on the children’s farm of the Little Nazareno. He likes it a lot at the farm. Thomaz laughs a lot and is attached to people easily. He is a very proud little person who is convinced about his own football talents: “I want to become a football star and earn my money with that”.
